The kitchen needs to improve their chip cooking skills. The presence of a continuously barking dog was a major issue during our dining experience. The staff's response regarding it being a dog-friendly pub was not satisfactory.

After being disappointed by local pubs, we tried the Seven Stars and were pleasantly surprised. The limited menu was basic but the well-cooked food was excellent. The apple and rhubarb crumble was outstanding. The prices were reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed our two visits.

A nice pub with a good atmosphere. While they do well in serving food, it can be repetitive. It would be beneficial for them to introduce some menu changes or a 'Specials' board for more variety.

Visited with my son and daughter-in-law for a Mother's Day meal. The pub had a great atmosphere, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The ribs were the last ones available, and my daughter-in-law was satisfied with them. However, my sirloin steak had too much fat and resembled more of a ribeye, leading me to leave it. The mushroom was greasy despite being grilled. This experience, along with the long wait and other issues, unfortunately spoiled our Mother's Day meal.

A top-notch experience all around. The fresh burgers and good beer, along with excellent service, make me want to return. The garden looks nice, and I am excited to sit there during the summer.
